Yes, the Waiver form is mandatory for all jumpers to sign. It is just another small formality before you can enter the Fun World of PUNO. Yes, once you enter the premises, you can opt for a locker at a cost of Rs. 50 to keep your belongings and valuables for the package duration and the refundable security deposit would be Rs. 450/-.

We do not have a strict dress code here in PUNO but we advice our jumpers to wear comfortable and stretchable clothes.
No sharp objects are allowed, such as belt buckles or clothing studs.
Shoes should be kept in lockers.
You need to purchase reusable PUNO grip socks for trampoline jumping.
No jewelry is allowed on trampolines.
Carrying electronic devices is not recommended on the trampoline.
We also have a changing room for your convenience.

Yes, to ensure the safety of kids, there are experts and supervisors to monitor and engage with children. But you can not drop off and leave your children of age below 12 , A guardian has to accompany them.

Yes, there is an outdoor waiting area as well as a waiting area in our Foyer.

Only 1 Guardian is allowed only in kids Arena below 07 years and in Adults Section Everyone will be chargeable.

Infants (Kids Below 2 Years) who have not yet begun to walk are not allowed inside the Arena, their Guardian or care taker can hold them and sit in our foyer area (Waiting area).

There are few rides in the adult section that are having safety restrictions based on the height & weight parameters; these safety instructions are mentioned at the site of our ride & activity, however our team of professional court monitors & captains shall assist the guests with the needful
